Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping! Beyond Haute takes great pride in selling eclectic vintage and handmade garments. We try our very best to describe all garments as accurately as possible. The condition of each garment including flaws are noted in the descriptions. If you have any questions please ask before you buy. Please read all descriptions very carefully as vintage items are FINAL SALE.

Handmade items are returnable within 5 days of receipt. Please email

sales@beyondhaute.com for an RA number prior to shipping it back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Returned items shipped back to us within 7 days and received in perfect, unworn condition with the tags attached are eligible for a refund to the original payment source. Handmade garments received after 7 days or in worn or damaged condition from the buyer will receive a credit to use for a future purchase at Beyond Haute.

Custom-made garments for you are FINAL SALE. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
